The average price of a detached home is now $549,691 (an increase of 30.7%) while the average sale price of an apartment style condominium is $246,736 (an increase of 8.8%). Townhouses are averaging $388,721 (up 20.6%) and semi-detached houses are averaging $369,624 (up 31%).
